Chattanooga TN Flower Shop Elopement
Have your wedding portraits in a flower shop? Why Not! I love elopements for the simple reason that you can literally do whatever you want! There are no rules to follow, you can simply do what your heart desires. You might be saying though, I want the elopement style photos, but I also want the big party! WHAT SHOULD I DO? Well I am really glad you ask that question because I have an answer for YOU! Have you ever heard of a day after session? It is simply what it sounds like, a session you set up with your photographer after the wedding day. Now this could be the day after, a few days after, or even during the honeymoon. This allows you to have a big party on the wedding day with all your family and friends, and then you still get your epic portraits later. Actually a day after session has multiple benefits. First it allows you to have more time hanging with your guest because you do not have to take as many photos on the actual wedding day. Second, you are not limited in your location! When you are having a traditional wedding day you have to consider where your guest will be traveling from and what the venue capacity is but you do not have to do this with a day after session. Since it will just be the two of you and your photographer (I volunteer) you can go wherever your heart desires. Go to a different state, hike a mountain, or use a flower shop! The possibilities are endless. Lastly, a day after session means you do not have to rush. You don’t have to rush through portraits on the day of your wedding with everyone from cocktail hour staring because you are running behind and they are hungry. Hahaha That has really happened before. And you do not have to rush your day after session because there is no one waiting on you guys! You can take your time and just have fun, create some magic!
So if you want those adventurous Elopement style photos but still want to party, consider hiring your photographer for a day after session! Again I volunteer for this!
