Charlotte North Carolina Raffaldini Vineyard Engagement

As with the rest of 2020 this was not plan A for Lindsey and Brandon’s engagement session. If I am being honest though I think Plan B turned out way better! The plan was to meet in the mountains just a few hours outside of Charlotte, North Carolina, but the day of their session it was POURING RAIN! Knowing we were going to have to reschedule we starting chatting about other dates, but quickly found most of our weekends were already full. We made the decision to switch to a weekday, but with Lindsey and Brandon still having to work we had to rethink our location ideas. No longer able to make the drive and hike to a locations, the research began! After throwing around multiple options Lindsey found Raffaldini Vineyard and Winery just outside of Charlotte and it was perfect! This gorgeous vineyard feels like a little slice of Italy in North Carolina. Seriously with the mountains in the distance and the stone house it was like we were transported to Europe. Not to mention we started the session with some wine! The day of Brandon’s and Lindsey’s session it was not super crowded so we were able to run around the grounds pretty much by ourselves! It was the most fun getting to chat with these two as we explored the area! 

On top of this gorgeous location we had the most perfect weather the day of. We exchanged pouring rain for glorious sunshine!! Although it was a bummer when we had to reschedule IT WAS SO WORTH THE WAIT!
